| Nominations for CORRE Board Members
Terms of several Board members will expire December 31, 2009, and nominations will be accepted beginning April 1, with a deadline of June 1. If you would like to nominate a retiree, please send a very brief summary of the person’s work experience to Lou Dunlap, Chair, Nominating Committee, at loudunlap1@comcast.net or mail to 116 Clark Lane, Oak Ridge, TN 37830. A nominee must have agreed to serve, and must be a member of CORRE. CORRE’s Bylaws were revised in December 2007, and nominations from the floor at Annual Meetings will not be allowed. Instead, nomination by petition is now possible. If you are a retiree who has not been chosen by the Nominating Committee by August 1 (names chosen will be posted on the website) and you still wish to be nominated, you may do so by obtaining the names of 30 CORRE Active Members on a Petition for Nomination and submitting it by September 1 to the Nominating Committee Chair as shown above. Copies of the Petition for Nomination are available on this website. Active Members are those who have contributed at least $20. A list is on this website. |
