Mike Bradshaw
retired in 2003 after 39 years of multiple assignments at all
three Oak Ridge sites, primarily in financial, materials management,
and security fields. He worked the last 3 years for Wackenhut
Services, Inc. (First term 2006-07))
Joyce G. Conner retired from BWXT Y-12 in 2002 after 32 years of
service. She held several roles in Human Resources, including
Disability Programs Manager and Assistant to the Director, EEO
Programs. When she retired, Joyce was a Diversity Programs
Manager, in the Compliance Programs Department of the Human Resources
Organization. (First term 2008-2009)
Louise B. Dunlap
retired in 2003 after 25 years of service. She began in the
Analytical Chemistry Division; left to rear children; rehired into the
Public Relations Office and moved through various positions at ORNL in
the Superconductivity Program, the Guest and Visitor office, and
finally into Technology Transfer and Economic Development where she was
Associate Director. (Appointed July 2007,First term 2008-2009)
Marty Goolsby
retired in 2004 after 22 years service in Public Relations at
ORNL. Accredited by the Public Relations Society of
America. Also worked at Medic Regional Blood Center, Harriman
Public Schools, and self-employed in real estate and medical periodical
research. (Appointed May 2007,First term 2008-2009)
Robert G. (Bob) Keil
was at ORNL for 35 years as a machinist. He served in various
capacities in Local 480 of IAM, and in ATLC, of which he was President
for 14 years before retirement. (Second term 2006-07)
Keith Kibbe
retired in 1994 with 20 years of service, after holding a variety of
program management positions at ORNL and the K-25 Site D&D
Program. Previous experience included liquid rocket engine
development and testing for Project Apollo at the Rocketdyne Division
of North American Aviation in Los Angeles, and in gas-cooled reactor
design and development with the General Atomic Company in San
Diego. (Appointed Dec. 2006, First term 2008-2009).
Charlie Kuykendall
started his 41 years of company service at K-25, then worked at Y-12,
General Staff, and Paducah, before finishing with 15 years as a
division director at ORNL. (Third term 2006-07)
T. R. (Tom) Lemons
retired in 1997 with 40 years service. He came to work as an
engineer at K-25 in l958, after previous employment with UCC at So.
Charleston. (Third term 2006-07)
A.L. (Pete) Lotts
worked at ORNL 1959-1989, except for a 4-year period at K-25 as
Director of the AVLIS Division. Originally a member of
ORNL’s Metals and Ceramics Division, he served as director of
several different programs involving nuclear fuel cycle and reactor
technology and later as Director of the Research Reactors
Division. (Third term 2006-07)
David L. Mason
retired from U. S. Enrichment Corp. in 2005 after 5 years as Director,
Centrifuge Demonstration Project. He retired from LMES in 1999
with over 20 years of service in management positions including
Director, Enrichment Technical Operations for Uranium Enrichment;
Director, Enrichment Facilities Support; and various management
positions in Environmental Management and Enrichment Facilities
(EMEF). His service at LMES was interrupted for intervals at
Hobart Brothers Corp. and Cabot Corp. (Appointed in May 2009,

Clarence Edward (Ed) Mee retired
from ORNL in 2003, after 32 years as a pipefitter. He served in
various capacities in Local 718 of UAM, and was First Vice President of
ATLC for ten years before retiring. (First term 2006-07)
Ken Moore retired
in 1994 with 25 years of service in the Central Staff Auditing
Division. Worked at the three Oak Ridge Sites, as well as at
Paducah. (Appointed February 2006, First term 2008-2009)
C. H. (Pete) Peterson
retired in 2003 with 34 years of company service in various assignments
at K-25. Before his retirement from Bechtel Jacobs, he was
Project Manager of Waste Operations. (First term 2006-07).
Larry Pierce
retired from BWXT Y-12 in 2003, after beginning his career at ORNL in
1972 in Labor Relations and holding HR positions of increasing
responsibility at ORNL, Y-12, and K-25. He was later employed by
Sandia National Labs for two years, and is currently employed as
HR Director for Anderson County Schools. (Appointed in July 2007,
First term 2006-07)
David E. Reichle
came to ORNL in 1964 as an AEC Fellow in the Health Physics
Division. He was Director of ORNL’s Environmental Sciences
Division, and for 10 years before retirement was ORNL Assoc. Dir. for
Biological and Environmental Sciences. (Third term 2006-07)
Mary Helen Rose
retired from ORNL in 1991 with 34 years of service, 10 as a secretary
in the Chemistry Division and the rest of the time as secretary to the
Director of Nuclear Reactor Technology Programs. (Third term
2006-07)
Joseph A. Setaro
retired from ORNL in 1999 after 35 years of company service. At
ORNL, he served as a Section Head in the Operations Division and in the
Office of Radiation Protection. (Third term 2006-07)
W. D. “Dub” Shults
retired from Oak Ridge National Laboratory in 1994 after 43 years of
company service. He held many research and technical management
positions, including Co-Program Director of the NSF/EATC program (3
years), Director of the Analytical Chemistry Division (18 years), and
Senior Technical Advisor to the Associate Laboratory Director for
Physical Sciences (2 years). (Appointed May 2007, First term
2008-2009)
Donald Wood
was a staff attorney in the Law Department of both Union Carbide and
Lockheed Martin in Oak Ridge prior to his retirement in 1990.

Bob Worrell began
his Oak Ridge career in 1960 at the Y-12 Plant, and retired after 36
years of service in various Human Resources activities. During
the last 15 years, he was a member of the General Staff with major
responsibilities for Labor Relations and Benefit Plans administration
at all Lockheed-Martin DOE facilities. (Second term 2006-07)
Paula Wright
retired in 2006 after 30 years at ORNL. For 10 years she was a
secretary in Central Management Offices’ Program Planning and
Analysis, serving on the Laboratory Director’s staff. The
last 18 years of her career were spent at the High Flux Isotope Reactor
site overseeing Human Resources activities for the Research Reactors
Division. (Appointed to Board 01-01-07, First term 2008-2009)
Biographical Sketch of the CORRE Webmaster
Fred W. Postma, Jr.
served as a Development Chemist in Y-12 Development Division beginning
in 1957. In 1973 he continued to develop analytical methods to
assist K-25. For the last 15 years Fred directed the development
of the Analytical Laboratory Information System (AnaLIS) used at each
of the five Energy Systems analytical laboratories. He retired in
1997.
